Therapy to me is a collaborative process that helps people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and how their thoughts, emotions and past experiences influence their emotional and physical wellbeing. It is a space where we can work together to find a way forward towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and respectful environment where clients feel safe to speak openly and move through therapy at their own pace. I approach each person with genuine curiosity and care, recognising that each person’s story and challenges are unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to the individual, drawing on evidence-based strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change. Together, we explore past patterns that may be shaping your current challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and work through difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable, safe, and supportive.

I particularly enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), burnout and difficulties adjusting to life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting individuals living with physical health challenges, including complex illnesses, acquired injuries, and chronic health conditions. I understand the profound emotional, psychological, and practical impact these experiences can have and can help you navigate the impact on your identity, independence, and day-to-day functioning.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed. I draw primarily on modalities including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also have accreditation in Standard Triple P and Fear-Less Triple P Parenting Skills programs.

I am currently accepting new referrals for therapy with both adults and young people.
