Accepting New Clients | Practicing Wednesdays & Thursdays

Therapy to me is a collaboration where healing unfolds through genuine connection. It is where being seen, heard, and understood creates space for growth, insight, and new meaning.

I support clients through challenging periods of their lives by providing a calm, non-judgemental space where they feel heard, understood, and validated. My approach is client-centred and collaborative, with a strong focus on building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about helping clients explore and make sense of their experiences, deepen their self-understanding, and build emotional resilience with the aim to enhance overall wellbeing. Drawing on trauma- and attachment-informed approaches, I meet each client where they are currently at and aim to recognise and build on their unique strengths, capacities, and inner coping resources.

I particularly enjoy working with individuals experiencing low mood, anxiety, ADHD and perfectionism, as well as those navigating autism, burnout recovery, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or difficulties with communication and assertiveness. My aim is to help clients navigate life’s challenges more effectively by integrating evidence-based therapies, emotion-focused work and practical strength-based strategies.

My therapeutic approach is integrative in nature and I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IFT), as well as incorporating various Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) informed skills to regulate intense emotions and build healthier relationships. I hold previous experience in Group Triple P facilitation and have accreditation in SafeSide Youth Services Suicide Prevention and Advance Risk Formulation.

I have previously worked in a variety of settings with clients across the lifespan and I am currently taking new referrals for both adults and young people aged 14 years and older.
