Assessments include: clinical interviews (including structured diagnostic interviews and collateral source interviews), psychometric questionnaires, review of relevant documents (i.e., academic reports, medical reports etc) and completion of comprehensive report including diagnostic conclusions, recommendations and management strategies.

Due to the individualised nature of cognitive and neuropsychological assessments the exact requirements can vary greatly. Assessments typically range from 5 to 13 hours in total. The above hourly rate range is an indication only and we will provide you with a quote based on your unique needs.
Medicare does not provide rebates for cognitive or neuropsychological assessments, however, there are various funding bodies that organise and fund assessments (i.e., NDIS, NIISQ, WorkCover QLD and some private health insurance).

Supervision Services
$275 (incl GST)

Supervision of provisional or fully registered psychologists, as well as principal or secondary supervisor for registrar program (clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology practice endorsement).
Sessions focus on complex case review, reflective practice, skill development, and exploration of ethical concerns.
Clinical Supervision
$90 (incl GST)

Group supervision held monthly for complex case review, EMDR therapy troubleshooting, skill development or exploring ethical concerns. Bookings can be made online or make an enquiry via our contact page below.

Rebates & Funding
Medicare
You may be eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for psychological therapy following a GP or psychiatrist review. This will subsidise the cost of up to 10 psychological therapy sessions per calendar year.
Clinical Psychologist Rebate: $141.85 per session
General Psychologist / Clinical Registrar Rebate: $98.95 per session
Private Health
If you have private health cover you may be eligible to claim rebates on psychological services (speak directly with your fund to determine your level of cover).
You cannot use your private health insurance if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session
Cancellation Policy
Therapy Sessions
We require one full business day notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Due to the high demand of sessions this allow us enough time to offer your slot to another client. This means if your session is on a Monday you would need to cancel by Thursday the week prior. Telehealth sessions are always available as an alternative option if you are unable to attend in person.
Cancellations at any point the business day before or the day of your session, or failing to attend your session, will attract the full session fee.
Neuropsychological Assessments
For assessments we require a 50% deposit which is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit amount has been received.
The deposit is non-refundable within two business days prior to the assessment date. This means we require two full business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your assessment session.
